If your order includes personalized/custom items, or is during a busy period (sale, holiday), processing may take up to 5 - 7 business days.
Once order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details.
We ship to South Africa.
Locations outside our standard shipping area may require additional shipping charges and longer delivery times.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use that number to track your shipment on the carrier’s site.
Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving the tracking number for tracking info to be updated.
For international orders, customs, duties, and import taxes (if any) are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These are the buyer’s responsibility.
We suggest contacting your local customs office to determine what these costs might be prior to ordering.
If your order is significantly delayed (beyond the estimated range), please contact us.
For damaged items: take photos of the packaging and product, and contact us within 5-7Â of delivery so we can handle it.
We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve any lost or damaged shipment claims. Depending on the situation, options include replacement, refund, or reshipment.

If you realize you provided an incorrect address, contact us immediately. Once the order is shipped, address changes may not be possible or may incur additional fees.
