Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • If your order includes personalized/custom items, or is during a busy period (sale, holiday), processing may take up to 5 - 7 business days.

  • Once order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Destinations

  • We ship to South Africa.

  • Locations outside our standard shipping area may require additional shipping charges and longer delivery times.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We use reliable carriers such as [insert carriers: e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS, local postal services, or courier partners] depending on destination.

  • Shipping method (standard / express) will be offered at checkout.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping cost is calculated based on weight / dimensions / destination / shipping method at checkout.

  • For orders above a certain threshold free standard shipping may apply.

  • If there are duties, taxes, or customs fees required by your country, those charges are your responsibility.

These are estimates; actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance, local postal delays, import restrictions, or weather.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can use that number to track your shipment on the carrier’s site.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving the tracking number for tracking info to be updated.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For international orders, customs, duties, and import taxes (if any) are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • We suggest contacting your local customs office to determine what these costs might be prior to ordering.

8. Lost, Damaged or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order is significantly delayed (beyond the estimated range), please contact us.

  • For damaged items: take photos of the packaging and product, and contact us within 5-7 of delivery so we can handle it.

  • We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve any lost or damaged shipment claims. Depending on the situation, options include replacement, refund, or reshipment.

9. Changes to Shipping Address

  • We rely on the address you enter at checkout. Please double-check this before placing your order.

  • If you realize you provided an incorrect address, contact us immediately. Once the order is shipped, address changes may not be possible or may incur additional fees.

10. Returns & Exchanges

  • Shipping policy pertains to delivery; for returns / exchanges, refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.

  • In cases of exchanges, we may require you to ship the item back before sending a replacement, or we may arrange pickup in certain regions.
